Folate and Depression

New study finds a positive correlation to low folate and depression. It makes sense as depression drives one towards a carbohydrate dense diet to attempt to spur seritonin levels nutrient dense vegetables high in folate may be neglected.

If you are poor and eating a diet poor in folate you are going to be prone to this disabling disease.It is ironic that the SAD leads to SAD.(Standard American Diet and Seasonal Affective Disorder)
